"The Inside Sales Representative will ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience of our "Maxim Direct" and other channels through fast and accurate processing of orders, by communicating professionally and coordinating with other departments to immediately resolve any outstanding sales and customer issues.
The successful applicants will be the first point of customer contact for any general inquiries such as pricing, quoting, product availability lead-time, and order status. The ISR is expected to build customer loyalty through excellent support and positively influence company revenue objectives.
The ISR will be a key member of a new team in a start up site. As such you will be expected to be an innovative team player and participate in improvement activities far beyond those stated in the job primary responsibilities as necessary."
