Moving to Dublin soon!!

Dear Expats,
I would like to ask for your help about few doubts, I got an offer to work in Dublin, so I must move to Dublin in the next 2 weeks, before travelling I would like to know:

- How easy is it open a bank account? and which bank would you recommend me?
- What do I have to do for requesting the national insurance number there?
- Could you please help me with any advise about rent a studio or small flat? (only for one) and how expensive could it be in the centre or almost centre?
- Or any advise which I am not considering in this email, it is welcome.
