Questions about moving with family to Ireland (Dublin)

Hello there! I am a 42 year old Canadian woman with one three year old wee one (and two grown up not-so-wee children). I am putting together my 3 year plan to relocate to Ireland, something that has been a dream of mine since I was young.

I am starting this journey from scratch. I'd love to connect with others who have embarked on the adventure. I would love thoughts on everything from how did you secure employment to how did you decide on the region you ended up in? What were the hardest things about the move? What tips were you given to ease the transition?
