study and work on dublin (Dublin)

Hi everybody,

I am planning to study English on Dublin for one year maybe starting on June, the agency told me that I can work 20 hours by week during lessons, and on vacations I can work 40 hours by week, first Is that true?

And second I am electronic engineer, Can I work in Dublin as electronic engineer?, I ask this because a friend was in London last year and He couldn't work as engineer, He only worked as a cleaner, waiter, etc., He told me that was because the visa in UK, Ireland has some restrictions like this for work?.

Also is easy to find job in Dublin?, What about unemployment ?, I found in forum information posted in Protected content , I didn't found updated information, Is easy to find a job as an engineer?.
