tax breaks, credits and child care (Dublin)

HI,
My husband, children and I have just moved to Ireland from Spain. I am wondering if anyone has any help to offer in hopes that I could apply for tax credits for our children or family as we live outside of Spain. If you know of any information that may assist me in finding the correct offices or know of any payments that we could apply for while living abroad.. it would certainly be a great help.
