UK Citizen moving to Dublin with Malaysian wife

Hi All!
Protected content am from the UK and am currently living in Malaysia with my Malaysian wife. We are planning to move to Dublin and any advice on the following would be much appreciated!:-

1) What paperwork do we need for me wife to be allowed to live in the country, the embassy here implied I needed to just turn up in Ireland with wife and marriage cert. IS there anything else I need?

2) My wife will be 4 months pregnant by the time we reach Dublin, any advice of good gynies? Will medical care have to be private or will we be eligible for government funded antenatal care ?
