We are moving out of our flat and would like to find a new tenant. It's Protected content , two bedrooms (3-room flat by german terminology), very big living room with large glass wall and lots of light, guest WC, and two small balconies. The building has a big elevator (perfect for strollers), garage (but we don't have a parking place rented), keller, and bicycle storage room.
It is very well connected with public transport, with four tram lines at the door, and also near the Bilk train station. The Sudpark can also be reached by foot in a few minutes. Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop, all a few meters away from the door, plus the Arcade and Real just at 10 min walk.
We are also selling the kitchen (furniture, oven, freezer). We are planning to leave by 1st October so will be free from then.
