German course (Duesseldorf)

hi all!
i'm moving to Dusseldorf next month and was wondering if you have any recommendations of German schools here..there are so many.
from what i checked- most are private and expensive but there are 2 (VHS and DUS-ECKRET) that are cheaper. is it a bad thing or can i go with the cheap ones?
is anyone else looking to start a language course and want to keep me company?
