Good place for breakfast? (Duesseldorf)

Hi everyone,
I'm quite new to Duesseldorf and trying to develop some positive routines. Does anyone have a recommendation for a restaurant with a nice ambience where I can take a leisurely breakfast (with a healthy option) and read the newspaper at the weekend? I've explored the city a little bit so I know my way around.
