Internet and Sattelite questions.... (Duesseldorf)

Do any of the internet providers BLOCK us sites that have TV shows on them?

I live in the Netherlands and some do block and some do not.

As far as sattelite, I have a sattelite package from the UK, can I bring my sattelite and card and get a german person to set it up if I already have an account? I expect to pay a fee for that, but wondering if they will do that.
