November 18-22 Week - What the Heck is Going On? (Duesseldorf)

Planning on being in Dusseldorf for business this week and noticed that every hotel is booked? What is going on? I was finally able to find a room but was curious if anybody could tell me of why this was. If there is some kind of big event going on maybe I can check it while there for work.
