We run a family-owned real estate business, with operations in the cities of Düsseldorf and Stuttgart.
Part of our houses offer ‘normal’ apartments letted to local tenants. However, the other part of our portfolio are fully furnished Suites (‘Wohnen auf Zeit’). These Suites are much sought by expats and business people as a temporary- or second home, for periods of 6 months and longer. Our prime market is in Stuttgart, were we work with a team of three. In Düsseldorf the day-to-day management is in the hands of an external property firm. However, as we are expanding, we are in need of a real estate assistant in Düsseldorf who answers to us directly.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We seek assistance for 0,5 to 1,0 days per week. The (female) assistant helps out with the operational management: collecting offers from technicians, organizing viewings of the furnished apartments, handover from the keys during tenants change, supervising renovation projects, purchasing of materials/goods for the (furnished) apartments, etc.
We are offering a long-term position, with flexible hours. Based on the actual hours, the assistant is rewarded on invoice basis. The hourly rate is based on your experience.
Some of the following qualities are regarded as advantages for the position: desired qualities
- Personality: representative, flexible, energetic, independent and problem solving ability
- Skills: Experienced with Computer, German and (basic) English language skills, Drivers Licence (and Car).
- Further: Living in Düsseldorf. Registered as an entrepreneur or being able to send invoice.
