About the Job
Do you want to find and maintain suitable retail properties for Games Workshop in Continental Europe (Germany, Austria, Benelux, Scandinavia and Poland)?
Are you excited by finding locations in line with the Games Workshop property strategy and building productive relationships with landlords and suppliers?
You will be constantly managing your property portfolio, keeping deadlines for lease contracts and providing maintenance to retail stores through third parties. Negotiating with international partners will be you your daily business. As we want to open more Games Workshop stores, you will use your skills and knowledge in property management to find new store locations or relocate existing stores to better locations.
We know it is hard to keep property costs under control and manage Protected content in different countries effectively and efficiently.
