Diabetics type 1 in South Africa (Durban)

hello everybody

I am considering to accept a job in Durban and moving in a few weeks.

I am a 35 years old, from Barcelona and I have Diabetis type I, so I need insulin and test strips regularly.

I would like to know if you could provide me with some advice about the health insurance system or if you know any other expat in the same situation. No need to say that it is the most important issue to sort out before taken my decision... and I'm really looking forward to move!!
