Mac book pro retina service center (Dushanbe)

Dear all,
my mac book pro retina does not switch on any more since yesterday, do you know by any chance if there is an official service center for Apple product in Dushanbe (or in the whole region)? My laptop is still under warranty and I would not take the option to have it open by anyone but a professional.
