possible move to Dushanbe

Greetings from Amman, Jordan!
There is a possibility for us to move to Dushanbe... is there a kind person who could help me with some answers... :)
We have too small kiddies (2.5yrs and 6months): would like info on playgroups, kindergartens, other activities for kiddies... and for me!!
