Expats in Jubail (Khobar (Eastern Prov.))

Hi guys, I just want to make expats in Jubail and surrounding areas aware about an opportunity coming up in November between the 9th/10th. My company will be holding meeting slots during these days to help out expats looking for any advice on offshore savings plans/Investments and tax planning.
