Ladies' Health Clubs (Khobar (Eastern Prov.))

Greetings to the Khobar forum!

I'm planning on moving to Al-Khobar soon and I wonder about the availability of ladies' health clubs in the city. Ideally, the club would offer some fitness classes like pilates, circuit, or step aerobics. Access to a pool would be nice, but not necessary. Do these clubs exist? If so, do they help the ladies out by providing some transportation? I will be so grateful to whomever can offer me some information on this subject!
