Play date for 3 year old (Khobar (Eastern Prov.))

Hello,
I'm an expat from America and have a wonderful 3 year old daughter that is new to Saudi. My wife and I are desperately seeking someone around her age for a play date. We live in Khobar near the Corniche.

If anyone is in a similar situation please contact me. Perhaps our kids can go to Billy Bees or some other place together. Hope to hear from you. If I hear my daughter say "I miss my friends" one more time I might have to go back to America.
