Indian localities (Edinburgh)

Reaching you out for some guidance. Actually I will be moving to Edinburgh for a long term assignment. I will there in Dec and will require a two bedroom house / flat. My office is located in Dundas Street. Could you please help me with target Indian localities with good schools. Also any guidance on monthly expenditure to sustain a good lifestyle in Edinburgh.
