Volunteers needed to help with a charity ball (Edinburgh)

I'm on a fundraising committee which is organising a black tie charity ball on Saturday 1st October Protected content the wonderful Prestonfield House in Edinburgh. The event is raising money for Hospices of Hope, a charity providing much needed palliative care in South East Europe. This year's event will be a special one to celebrate 25 years of the charity. I'm looking for people who might be interested in either joining the committee or helping to provide auction prizes or buy/sell tickets. In particular people with connections to Romania, Moldova, Serbia and Slovenia as these are the main countries where the charity operates. I used to work for Hospices of Hope and have witnessed what they do first-hand and can vouch wholeheartedly for the amazing difference that they are making to the lives of people affected by terminal illnesses.
