What to do in Edinburgh?

Hi folks,
I´m staying in Edinburgh in July for a few days and I´m looking for some ideas where to go to for dinner, drinks and some must-see-places. For example can someone recommend a Whisky tour or something like that? Every tip is much appreciated! Thanks a lot!
