We are looking for someone who will performs a number of administrative tasks and will support our operational team of technicians.
Your responsibilities may include taking inbound calls from new clients; managing calendars; setting up appointments, managing emails (mainly request from clients); preparing short reports and offers to client; The job requires reasonable computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of people within a small staff, as well as with clients and suppliers. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
