advises about primary school for my daughter (Eindhoven)

hello!
i have a daughter of 3.5 year old and i'm now really considering about her going to which primary school soon.
we are of course considering of ISE in Eindhoven. (any ISE parents here?)
both me and my husband works full time, and actually we live in Vught. i'm very nervous about the fact that the schools in NL end at 3:30pm (and 1pm at Wednesdays). so i'm thinking of a few options after the school hours-
1. after school activities arranged by school,
2. kinderopvang near the school,
3. a trustful nanny in Eindhoven that can pick her up from school.

any advises or experience sharing from you will be very welcome and appreciated.
