Arabic Beginner Course (Erbil)

Hi,
Are there any Arabic language courses in Erbil?
Me and my friend really need to learn both are very new to the language and would like to either join a class (preferably) or hire a well-equipped tutor for 1hr sessions twice a week.
NB: We are happy to get a tutor if the tutor is able to provide relevant learning materials.
