Spiselauget represents a community center of Godsbanen where over 100 entrepreneurial businesses feel like at home. They are inspired by the English term Gastro Pub, which is the combination of Gastronomy and Public House - an open and popular eating place where culture, food and people meet. Spiselauget is a restaurant for people who love food and wine. They work from the idea that less is more. The ingredients of the dishes should speak for itself! The food is rustic with added love and good karma. Seasonal, local production and the chefs team's creativity defines the simple, delicious and affordable menu. They work from a concept "Sustainable Ecology" and strive to use organic ingredients as they believe it makes sense.
The tapas menu will include: variation of sausages and air-dried ham, 3 kinds of good cheese, fish mousse with capers and dill, pesto dip, romesco dip, cream cheese with herbs, pickled vegetables, salted almonds, conicons, olive,
fresh baked bread. All for 130 DKK per person.
