October Halloween InterNations Meeting
Halloween is a celebration observed in a number of countries on 31 October, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Hallows' Day. It is widely believed that many Halloween traditions originated from ancient Celtic harvest festivals, particularly the Gaelic festival Samhain; that such festivals may have had pagan roots. We invite you to come dressed with something you won't typically wear on a Tuesday night :) Or of course - a full costume!
LURE Restaurant & Bar was created as a homage to the fisherman who first settled in Victoria. These first settlers were gritty and hardworking making their livelihood from the seas. The herringbone design throughout the space is a modernized representation of First Nation’s patterns and the coastal location. There are ships bells, tattooed tables and stenciled walls that pay tribute to Victoria’s sea faring settlers.
