Join us for a winter wellness tune-up, just in time for New Year’s. It’s been a year we’ve been forced to focus on our physical and mental health, and what better time than the end of year holidays to focus on how we take care of ourselves and each other - mind, body, & spirit.

Nutrition and wellness educator and guide, Krishna Dholakia, MS RDN CDE RYT is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes education and care specialist, health educator, wellness speaker and yoga & mindfulness teacher. She helps people lead healthier and hopefully happier lives. In this interactive session, she will guide us through a few exercises and give us a few pointers on how to feel in balance with our health.

Krishna grew up in Zambia and South Africa, and now lives and works in New York City. Aside from her work in the health and wellness field, she loves being creative and has spent much of 2020 learning to play the guitar and working with clay in her pottery wheel class!

“Krishna is one of the most versatile and interesting teachers I have had; she is thoughtful and intentional about each class or workshop she leads connecting all parts of the person. She is excellent at explaining and simplifying concepts. She is inspiring and challenging but in a way that is somehow still gentle and forgiving in one's practice."

You can listen to or watch some of her media interviews, check out her workshops and other testimonials on her website omandspice.com or Instagram @omandspice
