We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.”
~Anais Nin

Negativity that wells up inside of you can hold you back from living the life you want.

Most of us spend a lot of time inside our own head. Have you ever spent hours worrying about the future, replaying episodes from the past, or focusing on the parts of life that you don’t like?
Automatic negative thoughts not only prevent you from enjoying experiences, distract you from focusing on what's important, and drain your energy, but also they can make you feel anxious and depressed.

Are you struggling to master your mind and if you tend to dwell too much on that ultimate question “what if” and tend to follow that with negative consequences then this training is for you.

You’ll learn:

• How your thoughts are generated
• The difference between System 1 vs System 2 (automatic vs effortful thinking)
• A framework to overcome your cognitive negative bias so you can take back control
