You might have noticed a few sources of stress and anxiety in life, especially this last year – be they COVID-19 and shutdown related, or the “normal” life issues of love, work, parenting, etc. (or all of the above?). And, the “pandemic wall” is real- we’re tired, and tired of being tired... and many of us are navigating this, while also trying to help those around us.

Join InterNations NYC and London, in welcoming Alicia Clark, PsyD, noted expert in anxiety. She will speak with us about some common myths about anxiety, how we can recognize its helpful elements, soothe its unhelpful elements, so we can do our best to use anxiety to our advantage. This will be a compassionate and empowering workshop.

Dr Clark's book, “Hack Your Anxiety: how to make anxiety work for you in life, love, and all that you do” was a #1 New Release on Amazon in 2018, is full of stories, scholarly research, and tools– and is an “empowering and truly enjoyable read.” It is available in all your favorite bookstores. Her writing on anxiety, relationship stress, and parenting/teen development has been featured in publications like The New York Times, Good Housekeeping, Yahoo!, Glamour, Huffington Post, PsychCentral, and Psychology Today. More info, including some of her many media mentions, informative blog, and a free Covid 19 resources kit, is at
