InterNations Paris Let's Celebrate the Lantern Festival, ONLINE!
These "tangyuan" ball-shaped dumplings are made of glutinous rice flour and are stuffed with different fillings: white or brown sugar, sesame seeds, peanuts, walnuts, rose petals, bean or jujube paste or a combination of ingredients. They are usually sweet and can be boiled, fried, or steamed, and are customarily served in fermented rice soup, called "tianjiu"-sweet liquor.
Come, join us and let's light our "lanterns" to brighten up the days ahead! This event is specially fabricated for you so we need constructive comments and encouragements to continue on the same course.
We need your participation to stay respectful and kind to each other including to the hosts. Please put your cameras on and your names and communities. Please avoid political, racial and religious subjects.
Looking forward to meeting and chatting with you all online!
