Just a fraction on the information processed by your brain is conscious. Only when your frontal cortex is involved are you aware of something and can put it into words. Nevertheless, the unconscious system takes well care of us and can send us helpful information based on what served us well (or not so well) in the past. This system is also called gut feeling or intuition.
In this workshop, our guest speaker will help us focus on the unconscious system and the way it sends you messages in order to ensure your wellbeing. We will be looking at the ways in which we can grasp these very useful messages and translate them into something that is accessible to our conscious mind so we can find better strategies to deal with the issues we face in our lives. The method we will discover in the workshop will help us make sound decisions. This will be a presentation, break out rooms, Q&As. No recording, participants will need to turn on their cameras during breakout rooms.

BEÁT EDELMANN is a specialist in self-management and personality analysis and eager to share his knowledge with everybody interested in these topics. Today he works as an ICF certified coach and as a trainer in Geneva and Bern. His professional background includes social work, further education, IT and marketing.
