Barbale is the goddess of fertility and the sun in Georgian mythology, at the same time one of the main gods of the pantheon of pre-Christian gods. Who conditioned and ensured the fertility and continuous cycle of life not only of humans but also of the earth, of every living thing. The letters bani, wheel, turnover, barbale, barbarism, leopard are interrelated and originate from our very old past. Hence our name “Barbale Cellar”.

"In spite of the crisis caused by coronavirus pandemic, I decided to open "Barbale Cellar". The cellar will become an interesting and distinctive place for both locals and city tourists. This is not space where only wines are sold, but it will be an interesting place for entertainment, various gatherings, and business meetings.", Owner - Zviad Kordzadze.

Your Tbilisi InterNations Community Ambassadors invite you to join us for our 51st event under our leadership. We will party with our host, Elene Chomakhidze, who has organized party games, and activities for us.
