Located in the heart of Escazú, JAGUAR NEGRO is a canteen restaurant of the new Mexican grilled cuisine, which offers a unique experience that immerses all the senses, transporting flavors with refined fusion dishes and incomparable decoration and exquisite illumination.
Dishes feature bold flavors of Mexican cuisine, including crab tacos, pescado a la talla, octopus chicharrón, charbroiled meats, pesca macha and more (I will include the menu in the pictures).
