The concept of speakeasy bars goes back to the USA during 1920-1933; these bars sold alcohol, but secretly. To enter such a venue, a password was needed - that's where the term "speak easy" came from, "speak with caution".

Flashing forward to 2023, The Sinnerman Speakeasy is one of the most iconic night spots of the capital. Ring the bell and the door will open to a magical atmosphere of glamor and beauty. Here you can enjoy hand crafted cocktails by the talented bartenders, and savor the yummiest "smash burgers" and nacho plates by chef Mayeline Martinez, to the beats of the most famous DJs of the capital.

This party will be unlike any we had here before... no boring '80s and '90s music but a real dancing party to today's hits, as well as a top dancer (hint: more "sensual" style, oh la la...) and the option to discover the "secret room" (yes, the speakeasy is already hidden, but within the bar there's a secret little bar too!).

Come and make a toast with us, meet with many Expats and Global Minds from the area, dance your *** off and be happy! Whatever happens at The Sinnerman, stays at The Sinnerman ;-)

PRACTICAL INFO:
- Nearest train station: São João do Estoril (last train back to Alges: 01h36, to Cascais: 02h28).
- The cover charge can be paid in cash or via MBWay at the door, but no card machine available.
- To enter the venue, the password "TAP WATER PLEASE!" needs to be told to the doorman ;-)

We are looking forward to seeing you soon,
