Ready to Join?

Taking our summer seriously, this month's event will be at Mission College in Santa Clara for their weekly summer music event.

Their event lines up perfectly with our monthly events, with one of the most energetic, fun bands in the whole of the Bay Area playing FOR FREE, outside on a beautiful night. The Zydeco Flames are an amazing band that will have you jumping and grooving to this uniquely American style of blues-y, rock with Cajun overtones.

Here's what Mission College writes about their event:

Music, sun, and food trucks will play out on the Mission College campus this Summer with a free outdoor concert series every other Wednesday starting June 14.

Each concert will start at 6 p.m. and patrons are encouraged to bring blankets and/or chairs to sit on the lawn. Featuring a mix of Cuban, Jazz, Soul, Brazilian and Latin music throughout the summer, the new Central Plaza. This is the second annual concert series.

Parking is available at Student Parking Lot A until 9:30pm.

After the music stops, we can all head over to a local drink spot. Throw out some suggestions in the comments!
