GRAFT; hand-made batched drinks designed for accessible, daytime consumption celebrates the sustainable democratisation of cocktail culture and locally inspired food. DAGGER; unveiled in Spring 2022, Dagger rises from a hidden underground society with a swagger in its stride. Situated above 'Graft', Dagger retains the feeling of danger, mystery and edge - that anything can happen in the moment. Elevated with sophistication and luxurious seduction, the reimagined experience will feel comfortably familiar, yet suspiciously different!
