Happy August!
Your Omaha InterNations friends will be venturing to Elie’s Chinchorro for a fabulous evening celebrating Puerto Rican heritage. Allow your taste buds to travel to a beauty of the Caribbean.
This Nebraska-based Caribbean bistro is owned by Elie Berchal, a mother of four children and a grandmother of eight grandchildren.
If you view their website, you are able to access recipes you can try at home.
We encourage you to bring friends and family. We hope to see you there!
