We're returning to one of our all-time favorites this month: Hotel Esplanade, just a stone's throw away from the main train station.

It's a cozy venue with a charming bar known as the Ruhrpott Lounge, where you can relax, as well as a welcoming inner courtyard.

Please take note ✅
On August 19th, our event coincides with a nearby football match. We encourage you to plan your arrival considering potentially denser traffic due to the sports event.

If you plan to arrive by car 🚘
Kindly park in the surrounding streets rather than on the hotel premises to facilitate access for other participants. Thank you for your understanding 🙏🏼

Furthermore, for those of you who would like to have dinner on-site, we will do our best to arrange delivery solutions, allowing you to enjoy the evening without worrying about your meal.

We're looking forward to welcoming you to this enjoyable evening 😊
