The end of the summer holidays in France is marked by a tradition known as 'la rentrée'. Although similar to the English's 'back to school', the French equivalent means a lot more than a return to school in September.

Marking a return to the office for workers and the return of French parliament following a summer break, 'la rentrée' is a unique and important element to the annual rhythm of French life, including the magic saying "On verra ça à la Rentée ;-)"

Our "Rentrée" is as well our Anniversary Event! Let´s celebrate 16 years of InterNations, of connecting expats and global minds here and all over the world!

So let's go back to our good ol' habits with prohibition-era cocktails, cool and retro decoration that will bring you back to the 20s.
The background music will also help you time travel, as we will start with soft jazz beats and move on to more upbeat sounds like soul and funk.

The entrance fee gives you the chance to enjoy a complimentary snack and a drink (wine, beer or softs).

- Albatross Members pay a small membership fee online and therefore enjoy free entrance to the monthly get-togethers. Well worth it if you join us regularly!

- Basic/non-members pay a small entrance fee, which we use to bring you quality venues and events.

- In case you haven't signed up for the event or are not yet a member of InterNations, you would need to pay the third category price.
