As the sun dips behind the Bogotá skyline, Cascajal opens its rooftop for an exclusive evening of signature cocktails, music, and golden-hour magic.

Join us for “Cocktails at Sunset”, a celebration of contemporary mixology and Colombian flavors, crafted by the team behind one of the city’s most acclaimed kitchens. Sip on inventive creations featuring local botanicals, tropical infusions, and artisanal spirits — all while the city glows below.
