How easy is it to find a job in Florence?

Hello! I am not quite an expat yet.. but my family and I are looking into moving to Italy sometime within the next year. I am BIG planner so I want to make sure that I am looking at this opportunity from EVERY angle. I have over 10 years experience as an Operations Manager in an entertainment based environment. I also have my degree in Elementary Education. I am unsure which path I would like to pursue in terms of a career in Italy and was hoping you all may be able to suggest opportunities that would best suit my experience and your own experience in finding long term work in Florence and other areas of Italy!
