Recommended resort beaches in Italy (Florence)

Hi everyone,
I am planning on visiting Italy for a getaway weekend the next month. I am interested in going to a quite place with a nice beach, (not too hot, so I am not considering the south part of Italy) for relaxation and having a nice time.
Any recommendations?
