Car leasing (Frankfurt)

Dear all,

I'm thinking to lease a car. As I know so far, the total cost comprises the following:

- Leasing rate + delivery
- Third-party liability insurance (~€1200/y)
- Technical inspection (~€200/y)
- Service (€?/y)
- End-of-contract inspection and de-registration (~€150)

Could anyone complement this list and perhaps point to some hidden stones?

- Common preliminary termination conditions
- Other costs etc.

I believe it would be useful for many fellow expats.
