English language instruction - university (Frankfurt)

My boyfriend and I have recently moved to Frankfurt for my job. I'm sure this is the first of many questions I'll be posting to this forum. Anyway, question 1: We are both English speakers, and netiher of us speak any German. I'll be working, and my boyfriend would like to take classes of some kind - which I know is vague, but his interests are varied. Do any of the local universities, trade schools, any sort of post high school educational institutes, etc., have programs where the instruction is only in English?
