English speaking endocrinologist (Frankfurt)

Hi folks,
We're moving to Frankfurt in a month for four months. I am a diabetic and wanted to find a back up doctor while there. Does anyone know of an English speaking internist or endocrinologist in Frankfurt?
Also, how does payment usually work if your insurance is from U.S.--do you need to pay in cash in advance and get reimbursed?
