High-Speed Internet Access... (Frankfurt)

Coming from the States - I have been spoiled to expect a level of service, especially from my telecom providers. I need new service, or have a problem - customer service is always there and I will have someone at my home of office within the day (next business day at the latest).

I have come to temper my expectations here in Germany. But two-weeks for someone from Deutsche Telekom to come to my home in Seligenstadt because my hi-speed internet is down is unbelievable.

Does ANYONE know of an alternative? I would be happy to immediately authorize the work to be done for a working solution from a firm that knows the meaning of "customer service".
