Learning to drive in Frankfurt

I have never driven in Germany since moving here but I was lucky to switch from Japanese to German license after arriving. However, I am starting to feel that I need to to drive to get around town for a quick errands and shopping etc. Does anyone know if there is a driving school or English speaking instructor, who can help me get comfortable driving manual cars as well as teaching me signs on the road here in Germany?
