Most convinient Bank to open an account? (Frankfurt)

Dear Locals and Expats of Frankfurt,
What are the Bank(s) you could recommend for opening a Personal bank account in Germany from the perspectives of:
- Long working hours (opens before 9am, and stays open longer then 5pm, perhaps works also on Saturdays)
- Has many branches/ATMs, or convinient ATM partnerships across Germany
- International (known to provide Services in English language as well)
- Reasonable fees,
- Speedy Service
