Problems with taxes? (Frankfurt)

Hello. I heard many people have problens with taxes. I have fix this with a company. i had back around Protected content . i had to pay 20€ as symbolic commitment (confidentiality etc), and then they took 10% of what i got back. they are taking care too of insurances/saving plans/pension /open bank account etc in germany, and they are specialized in expatriates people.. there is no other fees than this 20€ that you pay at the beginning. I thought it would be helpful for some of you, who are lost like me in germnay with all these administration stuff!
